Hey Everyone I'm Ross, Owner an Operator of Field to table Sharpening.  ​​

I was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country, where hunting, fishing, and working outdoors have always been a way of life. Whether it’s dressing game, cleaning  fish, or maintaining the tools I depend on, I’ve learned that a sharp edge is essential, not just a luxury .

As a firefighter and outdoorsman, I understand the importance of equipment you can rely on. That same attention to detail carries over into every knife I sharpen. My goal is simple: return every blade with a clean, precise edge that performs better than when it arrived.
